From the George Washington Bridge:
Take Route 4 West to Route 208 North (Oakland)
Stay on Route 208 North for about 5 miles
DO NOT take any exits marked "Hawthorne"
Continue past the Goffle Road exit.
Watch for the green highway sign:
"Hawthorne Gospel Church - Entrance 200 Feet"
From Interstate Route 80:
Take Exit 60 to Route 20 North
Take Route 20 North to Mapic Avenue exit (just before the Shell station about 4 miles)
Cross over steel bridge, proceed straight ahead to entrance for 208 North
Stay on Route 208 North past Goffle Road exit, to the Church (DO NOT take any exit marked "Hawthorne")
Watch for the green highway sign,"Hawthorne Gospel Church"- Entrance 200 feet
From Interstate Route 287
Take Exit 59 onto Route 208 South.
Proceed on Route 208 for about 5 miles.
You will see Hawthorne Gospel Church on the other side of the highway.
Take the SECOND Goffle Road exit towards Ridgewood and Midland Park.
Stay in the right lane and follow the signs for 208 North (an immediate right just past the underpass).
Take 208 North about 1 mile to the church.
Garden State Parkway going South
Take Exit 165
Follow Ridgewood Avenue westbound to Maple Avenue
Turn left on Maple Avenue
Follow Maple Avenue until you see signs for Route 208 North
Take Route 208 North to the Church, just beyond the Goffle Road exit
(DO NOT take any exit marker "Hawthorne.")
From Points South:
Via the New Jersey Turnpike:
Take the NJ Turnpike North to the Garden State Parkway North.
Take Exit 160 (just past the Bergen Toll Plaza)
Turn left at the traffic light at the bottom of the exit ramp (Passaic Avenue)
Take Passaic Avenue to Route 4 West
Stay in the two right lanes which will take you directly onto Route 208 North
Stay on Route 208 North for about 5 miles
DO NOT take any exits marked "Hawthorne"
Watch for the green highway sign:
"Hawthorne Gospel Church - Entrance 200 Feet"
Alternate Route:
Take the Turnpike North, following signs for Route 80 West
Go to end of turnpike - go through Exit 18W toll booth.
Continue to follow signs for 80 West
Get into right lane and take 80 West local lanes.
Take I-80 West to Exit 60 to Route 20 North (Hawthorne)
Take Route 20 North to Maple Avenue exit (just before the Shell Station about 4 miles)
Cross the river and go straight ahead until you come to the entrance for 208 North
Take 208 North (do not take any exits marked "Hawthorne") until you come to a green highway sign which says "Hawthorne Gospel Church - Entrance 200 Feet)
